Well-known iOS developer Ryan Petrich has tweets via his twitter account which seems to demonstrate Activator running on iOS 7.
Today earlier ‘Petrich’ tweeted expressing that, this version of system is too new the activator hasn’t been analyzed with this new version of iOS. As some of the iOS features would possibly not work as designed. Along with the tweet as depicted below. It indicates the Springboard of the iPod touch with the Activator icon and also UIAlert window which states:
System Version Too New
Activator has not been tested to work with this version of iOS. Some features may not work as designed.

More importantly, this alert will not look like a UIAlert that could possibly be generated from a ‘Sandboxed‘ application, indicating that the device could be jail-broken.
It is really not clear that Petrich been able to work with chpwn’s jailbreak or if a different use has been found. A year ago, the pod2g claimed that with iOS 6 Apple had closed down the comex’s developer account, that was used by the hackers to root the Apple iDevices for around two years.
Particularly, the famous iOS hacker p0sixninja not long ago reported that he has
“got a lot of amazing things coming to you all soon. think bigger than jailbreak ;)”
It is really been indicated that he could have found the boot ROM exploit.
